THE LOGO SHOULD BE LUXURY  AND MODERN. timeless, clean but high-end
We have a fashion and beauty brand , we want a logo that will be embroidered on clothes and scarves VERY IMPORTANT MONOGRAM! 

Feel free to be creative as you can be. But its very important that the logo and monogram is in black. Attached you can find some references to see what our vision is.

We have a dark slate blue jersey with hi-viz yellow letters.  I have attached the jersey sample.  We need to get the words "Iowa Bicycling" on the back and pocket of the jersey to look cool.  You can use the state of Iowa or a Share the Road sign in the image.  We only need the Iowa Bicycling part, not the whole jersey design.

We've used a "Welcome to Iowa Bicycling" postcard-type theme in the past.  This could pay homage to that, but we are open-minded.  We do want to use the hi-viz yellow color.

Pronounced "VR fever"
Feel free to play around with capitalising (or not) the first VR or the vr from "fevr"
Will be mainly gaming focused

Spot on design!! Great designer! Will be using them for future projects. 

Something catchy but still readable. I would like a black background with the neon teal lettering similar to the reference I posted.
