Colors should be bold and bright.  Text should not be too thin.
Logo CAN be a box BUT does NOT have to be a box.
Logo should be incorporated as part of the text (Unboxted).
Logo should give the feeling that a client is opening something that is enlightening, showing boldness &amp; providing solutions.
Logo must be cool, but simple!

I'd like to have something to do with the shape of Texas yet not the entire state outline, unique and playful; yet, not silly, a silhouette of an object would be cool, something inspirational, that could be recognizable from afar
I'm good with somewhat of a Sherlock Holmes type of theme and items such as but not all inclusive as a magnifying glass, books, notebook, detective hat --type of logo

We're looking for a clean, simple design. Would prefer logo with name abbreviated i.e. MF, MFC, MF Co. etc.  Maybe abbreviated with ModFitCo underneath the logo.
