I want the words "water for whiskey" underneath. doesn't matter uppercase or lower case. 
The name is akwe but spelled like the picture attached. 
The word akwe -  the 'a' must be lower case, to have the colon above. The 'e' must be lower case, reversed, and backwards.This is called a schwa. 
The word is ultimately pronounced aqua  

UPDATES:
1) I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME OPTIONS THAT EXPRESS WHAT THIS ACTUALLY DOES, IN THE LOGO. 
2) I would ONLY like to see options that are a combination of modern and old english style, including scroll work. Paying homage to old whiskey bottles. If you dont know what scroll work is, google "scroll engraving".
