Company Intro：

We care for real estate by tending to property management considerations like construction needs, lawncare, landscaping, cleaning, etc. WE DO NOT WANT THE LOGO TO INCLUDE IMAGES THAT LIMIT WHAT WE CAN DO. We plan to expand in to a number of different service offerings but do not know what they are yet. In other words, we want a logo that can apply to anything service offering. We want it to have a cool and memorable look.

Instructions：

We prefer a non-busy and somewhat SIMPLE logo recognizable from a distance. We like a CURRENT or HIP logo that looks good on a ballcap, vehicle, or T-Shirt. We are not opposed to a retro look either. We want to be referenced to in the market as "Swyft with a Y", so the logo should likely have the full "Swyft" spelled out clearly and prominently. Although only having "Swyft" in the logo is possible, the "property care" should probably be included but less prominent.
