I have written a book that is implemented with an online program with great interpersonal interaction. This is a 28 day program to reboot the body to better health. I focus on organic, non-GMO foods cooked at home, The program is loaded with education, one on one coaching that stresses removing toxic chemicals, adding in exercise, stress reduction and learning to listen to your body.

I am an independent certified natural health practitioner who lives and breathes what I teach. I live on a beautiful 24 acre farm in Tennessee with my husband. We are working on creating a sustainable lifestyle of living off the land. I provide amazing customer service to my clients and deeply care about their health. I want a light feeling logo that has a positive feel . I like a combination of fonts. I want to make sure that the logo is easily used (not too many colors) as I would like to put it on clothing, and other marketing material.
