T shirt logo for kids and teens for my self defence and fitness business

Instructions：

Hi Designers, I hope all's well with you. I have a self defence and fitness business in Sydney, Australia called 'Personal Strength'. I have an idea for some tshirts and I need a logo professional to help! I have an idea to have a shirt logo design for my 5-8 year old ninjas, another one for my 8-12 year old ninjas, and a third one for my teens. (I'm not asking you to do 3 designs for the price of one. Presuming we work out a good first design I'm happy to commission the other two.) The reason I mention the 3 is so you can have in mind that some consistency between designs would be desirable and appreciated. :) Please find attached a few files (including versions): 1. The current Personal Strength logo for colours and 'feel'. 2. The 'ninja face' design for the 5-8 year olds 3. The 'ninja star' design for the 8-12 year olds 4. The 'spear' design for the teens. Please start with the 'ninja face' design. I apologies for the poor quality of design. I'm not a designer! I just thought it might be a helpful starting point for you! If you could play with the 'black circle', 'no black circle', 'personal strength logo circle' (without the middle words and arcs joining up), fixing centre, kerning, etc. - you know, fixing it, I'd appreciate it. :) These will be going on black tshirts, so there's that to consider too.
