See attached files for examples of graphic details we like.  Here are the musts for this logo: 
Include the words, "Plan for PTC" as central to the logo
Want orange to be the dominant color, with white and black as accents
Must incorporate some “path” to highlight our most impressive asset, our 90 miles of walkable paths 
Would love the path to head towards something that illuminates vibrancy...an outline of a street lantern? Hint at an arts district building.
Want the logo to be more abstract, not caricature-like, meaning, we want people to recognize that the lines might be a pathway, but they also flow into the words perhaps.
Want the logo to have the words in very small type around the outside edge:
“Gather * Inspire * Prosper
