- Estate Agent T-Board Hi there, We want a standout T-board flag to erect in front of our for sale and to let properties for our estate agency; see attached sketch. T-Board Size: 813mm x 610mm The design will be classy. It will be similar in styling, i.e. font and arrangement to our existing online accommodation booking service T-board attached so we can keep a similar branding concept across our businesses. You will be producing a For Sale “SELLING THIS PROPERTY” T-Board with copy below To Let T-Board, same as 1 above but replace “SELLING THIS PROPERTY” with “LETTING THIS PROPERTY”. Rectangular “SOLD THIS PROPERTY stc” strips that we will clipped to the board covering the word SELLING THIS PROPERTY once the property is sold. This strips background colour should be different Tips: We will use the exact font currently used on our existing online accommodation booking service T-board. Also just like the bottom half, the top half where the logo and tagline is will be a plain background colour that allows the logo to come out really well e.g the logo been white over a plain colour background like blue, black etc. Also we’re open to the whole board being one colour e.g black like the attached sample board, then arranging the text over it. We also like the alternating colour on “SOLD” over the black board in the attached sample Our main brand colours however are blue and pink as seen at the bottom half section of the existing T-Board but we are open to new colours on the board like gold, black. The content copy of the t-board will include the logo with tagline, SELLING THIS PROPERTY” or “LETTING THIS PROPERTY”, our telephone number 02476 016 331 and domain pavilion.properties Our logo and FOR SALE are the most stand out content that should be seen from 300 yards away. We need a clean classy design, with proportionate use of our brand colours. The winner will be a designer that gets the concept from onset and produces a WoW design that gets 4 star and requires the least correction/revision to 5 star.
