Nee-See is a digital-enabled parent company. Therefore: Simple text with a cloud icon and a star is incorporated into the design. (Nee-See is another way of spelling 'Nissi' which is one of the Hebrew names for God. Therefore the cloud will represent both cloud tech and the heavens. 

The log should stand alone (think Virgin logo) so it can be used across all the companies e.g Nee-See Digitial; Nee-See Media. However, for this project you will be creating the logo for the toy business; so include 'Toys & Games' as the logo sub text.
