I am a customer service expert, manager, with years if experience. The name Ele-Fant is a play on Elevate and Fantastic. The elephant just makes it approachable for startups and younger adults, something fresh. I might have a play on “addressing the elephant in the room” with regards to a B2C company needing help with a consultant for their customer service and how to increase their teams and performance.
