I would like to have an integrated but straightforward design that incorporates a dog or dog & cat with their brain, brain/spine or a neuronal design.  My brand is Fred Wininger/ Either animal or veterinary/ Either neurologist or neurologist/neurosurgeon.  
My degree is VMD or VMD DACVIM (neurology) if it would be need/good for the design.
Would prefer for the dog to not appear "Cartoony"
Would like for the logo to look good on a variety of backgrounds which is why I chose the samples attached.  That said. I am open to more complex designs.  
My instagram is animalneurodoc and currently showcases most of my work for inspiration.  
If you have ideas outside of my suggestions I am very open-minded to your creativity.

*Thank you for the entries to this point. If there is a way to integrate the wording more into the graphics that would be preferred. Also open to initials or shortening of wording if it would be more aesthetically pleasing.  
"Wininger Neurology" might be considered.
Flexible to branding as this is a new venture and the logo is part of the inspiration for the process. Future graphics projects are certain for conferences and online marketing.
