We own two brand-new construction condos (2 of only 14 in the building) on Main Street in Speedway, IN just 3 blocks from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway...the racing capital of the world! (Indianapolis 500 is biggest race annually with over 100 years of tradition) We've named them The Speedway Suites. They are short-term rentals (currently listed on Airbnb). While our target audience is certainly race fans, race car owners, drivers, but also all local businesses to create partnerships for housing needs. We are also 10 minutes to downtown Indianapolis which is home to professional teams and many conventions throughout the year. We hope to eventually only book directly. The condos are very, very nice and upscale so we want our brand to be classy, not too busy and something that will look great on all signage, apparel and online...all the things to scale from business card to larger signage.
