- a silouhette of a military style person standing upright looking into the distance with binoculars looking for 'trouble'. The military person could be seen to be standing on a hill, or a place of easy visibility to the world around him. He is to look authoritative. The logo is to be quickly identifiable as someone "watching". No guns in the work, but he can be poised to look as if he will go into action the moment something looks suspicious. He can be holding the binoculars one handed, and even pointing at trouble. Then again, he doesn't have to be. The work needs to be black on white background and no detail in the silouhette...just the shape and pose.
