In today's health system, individuals are expected to adopt health protection and promotion practices, to learn about the healthcare services provided and to be effective in making decisions about their own health. In all these processes, health literacy of individuals is an important factor in searching and understanding health information and communicating with people who provide health information and services. We see that the increasing social media information in today's world is increasing day by day in health-related areas. When it comes to health-related information, the only source is healthcare professionals. We are health professionals who set out on a way with this vision. In line with this responsibility and vision, we care that doctors and pharmacists are on the same page, so we established Turkey's first OTC association with an inclusive approach. This association puts public health at the centre of health literacy and considers the doctor and pharmacist as the sole owners of this work with a 360-degree holistic perspective. We take
