Company Intro：

DreamLife PT is an online & in person, women's strength coach. My target audience is women/mums who are looking to grow and get strong. We work on powerlifting coaching also and just all round empowering women/people to embrace their strength and encourage education around fuelling the body for muscle growth vs dieting. I'm a mum of 2 kids myself and a powerlifter who just wants others to feel supported and encouraged.

Colours - red, black and white. Ideally DreamLife is bold, then PT & Nutrition can be a subtitle setting. I would love a powerful logo, I'd have loved a picture of myself created/the concept taken and worked into the logo (not realism but an outline or shadow.) I've grown a lot in 5 years. The final black and white rectangle outline is my previous/current logo and a picture of myself and a few I've found online that stand out but just haven't made me love them yet. A logo idea could be a stylized representation of a woman confidently deadlifting, with strong, clean lines. Incorporate the colors red, black, and white to emphasize power and intensity. Ensure the design reflects both the personal training and powerlifting aspects of your coaching. If you have any specific preferences for the visual style or additional elements, feel free to add them. I have also attached a screen shot of my social media with the colour scheme
