My business is a company that does custom web design for people. My target audience is small businesses that either need websites or need their website updated.

Instructions：

I want the design to be sleek, minimal, and modern. I want the image to have both a tall version and a more horizontal version. I like a lighter blue on top of a darker blue as it really stands out, like the image I have provided you. The image I provided is my old logo for another company. I wouldn't be opposed to something similar, but I am open to something completely different as well.
