Thrive Fitness Plus
Our colors are lime green and blue. We are a fitness facility that focuses on total health and wellness. We are a gym that specializes in semi-private training and group classes, but we also do nutrition coaching, life coaching, assisted stretch coaching, therapeutic massage, and possibly yoga, physical therapy, etc in the future. That's why our name has a "plus" in it. We don't know what is going to happen in the future as far as how we expand and grow. We are a tight knit community where each person is treated with great dignity and respect. We are not a cheap gym where people go to look pretty or tough. We are a gym that focuses on how to add value to peoples lives through quality personalized programing, high quality classes, effective nutrition coaching, etc. Our clients are generally, normal looking people who want to improve health, movement, and longevity. We do not try to be the cheapest, but we try to offer the best value.
