- workforcehomes.org is a nonprofit that is focused on providing avenues for our workforce community to affordably purchase new homes in new home developments through pricing, partnerships with local municipalities, governments, businesses, etc. The target consumer audience is the workforce community in the fields of education, medical, fire fighters, rescue squad, police officers, etc. We also have a target partnership audience of governments, municipalities, businesses and investors, etc when presenting our mission for support.
