Gallus Sips is an Immersive bourbon, scotch whiskey and win tasting room experience. They want their patrons to taste these various drinks while connecting them with the artisans, distillers and winemakers’ stories and techniques. They are creating a place to explore, learn and connect while enjoying new and favorite drinks.

Instructions：

This client would like a clean flat logo featuring a barrel with G&S stamped or burned in with Gallus Sips either to the right, above or below.   Must have's are some sort of barrel, like in wine or whiskey, the initials G&S and Gallus Sips as the company name. The color scheme is open, but warm colors with neutrals would probably work best with this concept, such as you would see in whiskey and wine labels and companies.
