NOAA Hurricane Hunters - government agency with several aircraft missions, would like to focus this design on the WP-3D Hurricane Hunting mission where the aircraft fly directly into hurricanes to collect data to improve forecast (https://www.omao.noaa.gov/aircraft-operations/noaa-hurricane-hunters). Logo will be used on shirts/other items for aircrew members and to sell at air shows.
