Elegant, minimalist, sophisticated look. Not too colorful. Simple black may be best. I desire the words Land Park Handyman in the logo. The word handyman should not be too small as to get lost in the logo. Try fonts similar to ones uploaded, such as in the "sign crafters" image.
The emotional feeling of the logo should be of a LUXURY BRAND that has no need to “oversell” with tacky colors or flashy jagged edges or gimmicks. This is the handyman that is secure in his clientele, who come for a premium service & get treated with respect, professionalism, cleanliness and even sophistication.

Thank you everyone for such awesome work. Feel free to experiment with other tools. I’m really going for a feel—Simple, minimalist, sophisticated design. One of the designs I like best so far actually doesn’t have a tool in it. So I’m open to being surprised by something that captures the ethos I’m going for. I appreciate your help, even though I don’t know any of you!!!

Also, I have gotten plenty of attempts at putting a drill into the design, which I asked for. I would love to see what other concepts you come up with, without a drill, trying to communicate: understated, minimalist, sophisticated (high end), elegant. If that's possible! ;-) have fun with it!

I would like to request some new designs with a tape measurer without a drill. I’m noticing that tape measured a seem more flexible for designs than the drill, and the combination of the two is usually too busy. Pleas use your creativity and put your spin on it. I am looking for a vibe that says: high end handyman.
