Company Intro：
We invest in residential real estate. We purchase homes from people who are in challenging situations. We often resell these homes to people who would not otherwise qualify for a conventional loan. We also hold some properties as an investmentto use as rentals.
Instructions：
We want a logo that is relatively simple and modern. It should be professional yet inviting and invoke trust. It could have something in the shape of a simple roofline. It could also include something related to "beacon" or "rock" or "beacon rock," but that is not necessary. I've attached some sample color combinations that we like. I've also attached some sample logos for inspiration. For the ones with the outline of a house, it could be cool to see either a simple light shining from the inside or a very simple outline of a lighthouse inside.
