Target Audience: Small hotels, with a focus on housekeeping staff and staff supervisors.
Design Direction
Overall Concept
We would like to build on the concept of combining “RR” (for “RoomReady”) with a hotel-building icon in between (or incorporated into) the two letters.
The logo should communicate a sense of efficiency, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Style & Aesthetic
Professional but friendly and approachable — think simple, modern lines rather than overly ornate or complex shapes.
Balanced use of negative space so the icon and the “RR” stand out clearly.
Color Palette
Primary inspiration: Greens from this palette: https://loading.io/color/feature/Greens-8/.
We are open to seeing complementary neutral tones (grays, whites, blacks) to balance the green.
Provide at least one option with a bold splash of green for the icon or text, and another with more subtle, pastel or muted green accents.
Variations
Show different ways of integrating the “hotel building” icon with the letters “RR.” For example:
A small building placed as the center bar that connects the two R’s.
The building icon overlapping or peeking out from between the R’s.
Stacked or side-by-side configurations of the letters and icon.
Consider horizontal and vertical (stacked) arrangements for different use cases.
Typography
Prefer a clean, modern, sans-serif typeface that conveys a professional yet approachable tone.

Thank you all for the great submissions so far — we’ve really enjoyed seeing the creativity and thought put into the designs!
At this stage, we’re still leaning toward the “RR + building” concept, but we’re also open to exploring new directions. If you have any other concepts outside of the current “RR” structure, we’d love to see them. The key things we’re looking for are:
Simplicity
Clean, modern design
A clear AI element integrated into the concept
If you feel inspired to bring something fresh to the table that still aligns with these themes, we’d be excited to consider it.
