- Praetorian Guard is a security guard and protection services company. The name "Praetorian Guard" comes from the protectors of Rome and Cesar’s from about 275 BC. They were among the first of the Special operations/bodyguard groups of any nations.
- Instructions：
- What we are looking for is a logo for our security guard and protection services company that symbolizes professionalism, commitment to duty and both a defense and offense in protective work. The Praetorian Guardsman utilized swords (gladius) and shields (scutum) that were very distinctive in their shape. If possible we would like our logo to incorporate both the sword and the shield (you can find sample images of both by going to Google Images and looking up: "Praetorian Sword" and "Praetorian Shield". Also, you can try using the scorpion which was the most characteristic symbol of the Praetorian Guard instead of the sword/shield concept. Our company motto is: "Fidelis Veneratio Beneficium" which translate from Latin into: Loyalty, Honor, and Service. Please if space permits put our Latin motto with the logo.
