This is a campaign for the office of city Council in Racliff Kentucky (USA)
Instructions：
I'd like a concept that allows a space to add candidate photo when ordering cards and signs. Please build logo with a "block" to add that later. This is going on mostly rectangular sized signs and needs to able to stretch to larger /smaller sizes. I'd like to avoid the typical red/white/blue American flag format if possible. Tagline: " A proven community leader"

Although I originally requested a spot on the submission for a photo I've changed the specs. Please submit simple designs, Shortt for City Council text and a simple graphic all in one color if possible.
