Maybe an outline of Texas with a 3T branding iron. Country themed. Could include things like a Texas Longhorn, a Texas Star, or even barbed wire.  Perhaps combining the 3 and the T to make one symbol that may be used as a cattle brand.. instead of having the two seperated?<br />
