Instructions：
A definite retro Art deco feel to the design. Circa 1920- 1940's. Art deco building/ factory in the background? The bulbs are very distinctive. Dark background with a luminous/ bright logo? I don't want lots of bright colours like blues/ yellows/ reds etc. Muted colours please. Think film noir but NOT black and white. JUST the word 'RETRO' in the logo. Art Deco font pls- there is one called 'Seaside Resort NF', on 'Fontspace' site.
