It's a computer program (written for attorneys) to go after collectors that break the law (they tend to do it all the time) The computer has been around for 15 years - This system holds the collectors / creditors to a LEGAL and COMPLIANCE standard the typical "letter writing" campaigns simply cannot. I am one of the only "non-attorney" with access to this system - trying to get this to the public- $129
