Do u want to use the same and previous skyline which u already have in your logo..if yes..so why not u told us to use the same..because as per your brief u want new logo and told us ""If city skyline is used it MUST mimic ours, two towers are local landmarks.""
so u told us to use to mimic yours skyline not the exact skyline..
