We would like a design that is simple, clean and modern. We are happy to incorporate various colors into our logo (specifically blue and white however we are VERY open to other color schemes). We would like to incorporate a design that includes a rendering of a tooth but it&#39;s not necessary.

Art_Chaza was a pleasure to work with. We had over 300 submisisons for our contest and hands down Art_Chaza&#039;s submission was the best. Art_Chaza was reactive to our requests for modifications. Thank you Art_Chaza!!!
