I work with my clients on functional fitness. Everyday my members come in and work there ass of with their blood, sweat, and tears. I have competitive members, I have the regular house moms, I have your grandparents and I have your regular 9-5 workers who come in here to workout. We combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio in to high intensity workouts.
