AJ Group is the name of the company. I like the idea of a fence somehow being worked into the logo, any type is fine. Colors I like green, blue, and red ( not necessarily all together). Important to have the word Fence or Fencing in the logo. It will be going on a website and also on shirts and jackets so should be simple enough to be embroidered.
