NOTE: The first word is Community -- I misspelled it!<br><br>This is a nonprofit organization that helps other nonprofits develop leadership skills. It also promotes local nonprofit organizations and the causes they support. And they set up grants and endowment funds for individuals interested in supporting causes into perpetuity.

Instructions：

I have attached the organization's current logo. The concerns are the balance of icon, big words and small words. Also, the overall logo is cold. And the first thing people see is the large "F" in the icon, which is associated with a failing school grade. So they want us to develop a whole new logo. If we can keep the color scheme, that would be ideal -- but we need to figure out a way to warm up the overall look and feel. You do NOT have to create an icon using the "C" and "F" of the current logo....
