A website/blog dedicated to recovery after training, the place to be to get rid of muscle soreness after a heavy trainingsession.
Instructions：
I would prefer a combination of black with a more striking color. Maybe possible to do something with the abbreviation (RAT) but no reference to the animal. the website is about recovery after training, after every trainingsession your performance will go down, with proper rest and nutrition your performance will increase en become better thats wat training is all about. I tried to demonstrate that with a chart (in the attachment).
