CALIENTE is the main word. Should it be all upper case letters? It currently is.
I don't want cartoons.
Maybe incorporate a chilli pepper into it. But it's not necessary, just a thought.
I want to convey quality, authenticity, and Mexican. Maybe the colours of the Mexican flag in the background?
