Our product is a mobile app used by psychologists for tracking mental health outcomes with their clients. It uses surveys and charts/graphs to show results. This logo will be used for a mobile app, so a logo with a distinct icon would be desirable.
Instructions：
Logo on the left, followed by "PsychSurveys" on the right. The logo can incorporate the logo for psychology (PSI character), an image of a "mind", survey images or combination, see attached images as examples. Keep the logo image separate from the text (i.e. to the left of the text) "PsychSurveys" so that the logo by itself can be used as the icon for an app.
