duckdive provides consulting, marketing management, and content creation (photo and video; a big part of our business) to small businesses; a digital agency in some respect.

Instructions：

The 'duck dive' is a maneuver used by surfers to swim underneath an oncoming (coming towards you) wave to avoid being hit by it. The analog to our business is that our services provide a way for small businesses to push through their own obstacles and this is a motif that I'd like to have in the design if possible. First and foremost, I'm looking for a modern, minimalist, flat look; I believe the sample logos above do a great job of this, ottercrew being my favorite of the bunch. Another thing I love about these logos is that the logo image itself can stand alone without the type and still be usable and recognizable. EMPHASIS ON FLAT AND MINIMALIST. I've attached an image of a surfer duck diving to save you a google search, as well as some random designs I've come up with and found here and there just for idea's sake, but please, flex your creativity.
