Real estate agent, I'm starting a new real estate team within Pink realty, Help clients buy, sell homes.
Instructions：
1. Logo - SIMPLE ,SIMPLE, SIMPLE – Negative space & contrast encouraged (see good/ bad examples pics attached)
2. Fonts – NO CURSIVE, EASY TO READ, I like military style stencil but that can look childish.
3. Color Palette – 1-2 colors, 3 max
4. Iconography – Icon based, or letters that make an icon,see examples on pics. Also think a logo that easily fits on Social media
The Brokerage I’m under is - Pink Realty
The company I work for markets primarily woman so I want to accommodate a more male, masculine, military client. I don’t want to ignore the 51% of the population though. R U former Military this is perfect for you. I DON’T want a “military looking logo”, perhaps a hint of it, America or patriotism.
Below is my WHY & WHO and WHAT I want to be as the leader of a real estate team. So you can get into my mind.
Former Military? Then you are perfect for this logo. For those who have not served in the military, I encourage your professional creativity. I DON’T want a “military looking logo”, perhaps a hint of it, America or patriotism. I like hidden things in logos like (breast cancer awareness ribbon in the “y” of pink realty’s logo) or subtle things only someone who served can recognize. I am in a 70% military location and want to tap into that community. However, I don’t want to exclude everyone else. The company I work for markets primarily woman so I want to accommodate a more male, masculine, military client. Again I don’t want to ignore the 51% of the population with my Logo.
I am a realtor and starting my own real estate team
within pink realty (think teams like at Re/max, Keller Williams etc). I love to help people make an informed decision not just “sell them a house”. I want to make sure my clients are well taken care of by providing top rate service, above and beyond the status quo. I want to do right by my clients to the extent that they refer to me as “their realtor Cregg”, not “this realtor I used once”. I want my team to embody the same ideals with their clients like a referral where the client says “use MY realtor bill / Christy with The Terasa Team”. I want to build long term relationships with customers. Having been military myself I have seen how all types of businesses and people take advantage of military because they know they have a good stable pay. So they push them to unnecessary purchases or risky ones just to make a buck for themselves. I want them to Buy & Sell thru my team. As well as refer all their friends, family & coworkers to my team.
As I stated above I work for Pink Realty and wouldn’t mind including some small pink flare/stripe (See A-TEAM van) to tie us together, as long as it doesn’t clash and definitely not mandatory. I do NOT want Pink Realty in my logo. Don’t want the word Realty in my logo as I have to include the brokerage in all marketing by law anyway. I would prefer not to have a want a regular “stock looking “ house or Key in my logo. However, a house related icon such as a roof, roof with chimney, crossed keys etc. (see examples) (See military unit crests & patches for inspiration) or maybe key where the butt end of the key looks like a military type icon.
NOTE: All people on my team are required to wear the US Flag on their shirt or a lapel pin every work day. So don’t need the red, white & blue in logo as much.

Not sure if all of you can see this but the quality is top notch for nearly all of you. Making it hard to narrow down. I like the Shield or military patch shape icons best, But simplicity is key. Been liking variations of Black & yellow specifically.

Before I can no longer use this I would just like to put out to all of you that this has been an amazing Contest. I wish I could have chosen most of the submissions on here. I would say about 90% of what was submitted could have worked but a few just stood out more than others. Thank all of you for your hard work. Still about 30 more minutes to submit something wow. Thanks again for all of your incredible work & Professionalism.
