Like a (military) special ops team is made up of a handful of highly experienced operators, that are extremely effective together. We have 10-20 years experience each, and most of us have over 7 years experience working together. We leverage this synergy and our experience to build and release software in days, where others spends months to years. We are extremely lean and iterative, constantly delivering real value to users, circumventing red tape and wasteful processes and artifacts.

When I think about the future of this company, it is more than the project, or technologies we use… It is the symbiotic relationships we build between us as a team that will be core and constant. It is the symbiotic relationships we build with our clients that will make us better than anyone else. It is the symbiotic relationships we build into the systems we create and their users that will make us more effective. What does Symbiotic mean? denoting a mutually beneficial relationship between different people or groups But I take it a step further. a [sustainable], mutually beneficial relationship [to achieve a common goal leveraging synergy]. I believe that we will be successful by investing heavily in symbiotic relationships and quickly identify, fix, or divest relationships that are not. I think this holds true for the employees that make up our team, the clients we serve, and the systems we build. Why Labs? Because it is short, and we build something from nothing... Because we can't think of a better suffix.
