Why Symbiotic? 

When I think about the future of this company, it is more than the project, or technologies we use… It is the symbiotic relationships we build between us as a team that will be core and constant. It is the symbiotic relationships we build with our clients that will make us better than anyone else. It is the symbiotic relationships we build into the systems we create and their users that will make us more effective. 

What does Symbiotic mean?
denoting a mutually beneficial relationship between different people or groups

But I take it a step further. 
a [sustainable], mutually beneficial relationship [to achieve a common goal leveraging synergy]. 

I believe that we will be successful by investing heavily in symbiotic relationships and quickly identify, fix, or divest relationships that are not. I think this holds true for the employees that make up our team, the clients we serve, and the systems we build.
