We envision some type of road incorporated in the logo. Perhaps in place of the "i" or "t"....not sure we want to play on the word "wise" by having an owl (for example) as a mascot but something that helps us to look sharp/wise.  We are also unsure whether we should capitalize the "W" in wise or leave it lower case.  We are open to suggestions and look forward to reviewing the designs.  Although we are in Commercial RE, most of the logos of our competitors incorporate a skyline or outline of buildings in a downtown market; where as we most often do real estate in suburban and rural areas so no high rises for us. Perhaps white, blue and orange or blue and lime green?  Classy yet modern, nothing that looks dated or unprofessional please.
