Company Intro：

We are one of the largest Organ and Tissue Donor Programs in the United States. There are currently over 116,000 people in the United States in need of a life-saving organ transplant and their lives depend upon our work.

Instructions：

Our President and CEO will be celebrating his 40th anniversary with our organization. His leadership over the last 40 years has been instrumental in our organizational growth. Additionally he is passionate about making sure donor families and transplant recipients are cared for. Lastly words that describe him include passion, commitment, innovator. and pioneer. We would like to create a logo to celebrate his anniversary that will be used on a challenge coin. It should include three things: Our logo which is the "heartman", his initials "HMN" and the number "40" or "40th Anniversary" We would like to emphasize the HMN and 40th Anniversary. We want to make sure persons don't think it is the Programs anniversary. FYI we ran a contest earlier this year to kick off our 2018 strategic theme and really liked the submissions. I have attached the logo from earlier this year. I also attached the challenge coin design that we created which we provided our team. These are just an example and designs don't have to be similar.
