I will be using SilkCards.com to print my business cards. They ask to have files with labeled layers, so this is a must! I would look to see a modern, almost cooperate design that have Spot UV and Foil attributes. I understand that it may be hard to show Spot UV and foil attributes in a 2D proof, so don't worry about showing those just design for them. Below are some examples. Please feel free to ask me any questions. I would love to see the lion that is in my logo in the "O" of Customs and used as a Spot UV accent like example 3. Doesn't necessarily have to happen though.
