The Treasure Hunter (current) time and the mast of the Spanish gallon ship in the background (beach or ocean)

I would like to have the treasure hunter pic #1 (my photo) with maybe the ship mast coming out of the water in the background...treasure hunter is looking for remnants of the Spanish ship gold, silver etc... I would like the scoop in his left hand to be visible (the bottom of the scoop) I have attached a photo of what the bottom of the scoop looks like...
The water should be clear of blue, not brown....
