Company Intro：
We are Real Estate Developers and Construction Managers. We can serve as construction consultants for highly energy efficient projects.
Instructions：
We need an urban feel as we are not construction contractors. So the hardcore trade driven logos don't work for us at all. It needs to project an image attractive to millenials with urban class and sophistication. We do work in the New York City Metro area, so the logo needs to be crisp and clean with lines that reflect commercial buildings, not houses.
