Nova Scotia's provincial Kinesiology Association - focused on all aspects of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Social.
Instructions：
We want our logo to represent inclusivity. We would like to stay away from the over-done "active stickman" or other forms of Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian man, as there is more to Kinesiology than the often-pictured healthy, able-body.
We are not opposed to using the acronym KANS as part of the logo, similar to how Kinesic Sport Lab used the initials KSL as an outline of the human heart. Our province's official colours are blue, white, yellow with accents of red.
Various aspects of Kinesiology include: anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation sciences, biomechanics, ergonomics, workplace wellness, sport science and exercise as medicine. Our logo does not need to be reflective of all of them, but as you can tell from the list Kinesiology has a broad scope.
