Instructions：

The logo should be bright; very colorful. Colors should be Pan-African colors: red, green, black and yellow;. The original draft logo was an attempt to represent a bridge. Another nice motif would be stairs or a student ascending. Don't know yet whether a sun rising would be a good idea. An African map or outline is not required. We are hoping to be very broad in scope, yet convey reaching out, hope, learning, bridging people, and a reference to Africa - even if only through the colors.
