The colors and style I will be decorating the salon with will be earth tones. Bronze (browns, tans, bamboo), green (different shades, plant, earthy, natural feel), and WHITE (very clean, sleek, modern twist). I like the white Background color of a logo and I find the circle look appealing to marketing, as I will be using Instagram as one of my main tools. My target market is across the board, women of all ages, men, teenagers, but ultimately I want to appeal to the college girls while also targeting the soccer moms and the successful business women. 
I would ideally like to stay away from cursive but I`m not opposed to it. I want to place the logo on a sign outside my building and I want it to be easy to read for all eyes. 
I would like my business to also resemble my personality- I am playful, and outgoing, but know when to be reserved and I take my professionalism very seriously. 
When I was playing around with different free logo makers online (which i was awful LOL) I found that I was drawn to a circular icon that resembled the sun but all the clip art options were tacky in my opinion.
