Kids First Coalition is a community coalition organized to address the needs and issues of the children, youth, and families of Kiowa County, as identified by the members.

Instructions：

Kiowa County is a small, frontier, farming community on the high plains of Colorado in SE Colorado. We are a community of 1,400 and through this newly developed coalition are striving to address the needs of the community, our families, and our youth.
