Instructions：

I did the one I am attaching and really like it so I would like to see something very similar but I'm also open to your ideas if you have better ones :-) If you do go for the design I am attaching the important elements are: * on the LEFT: bad complicated, maybe even tangled roots on the left with a deadish half tree up top * on the RIGHT: strong simple roots (not many branches and no little straggly ones) with a beautiful simple, half swirling tree up top - something like this one (but not entirely identical because it came from shutterstock and we don't have copyright to use it in a logo so copy the style but not 100%
